Professionally Facilitated Corporate Missions

Getting team members all on the “same page” is critical for success. But in today’s “I don’t have time” work environment, the question is how?

Now there are three distinct programs designed to help your team get and stay on the same page…but with less time and effort and a lot more fun!

The Challenger  Space  Center has partnered with Mission Facilitators International (MFI) to bring you several opportunities to fly missions into outer space with your business colleagues. Mission Facilitators International (MFI) blasts teams into outer space using the high tech Challenger simulator, and returns them to Earth with improved teamwork skills and increased clarity and commitment to their workplace missions.

Flying into outer space teaches teamwork because it requires all members of the group to work together effectively. Between trips to the simulator, participants debrief, and apply lessons learned to the real world. In MFI-guided sessions they use the experience to clarify and recommit to their own workplace relationships and plans. Past clients include Hewlett Packard, APS, Honeywell, SRP and Microsoft.

Full-Day

• Diagnose, improve and test teamwork skills
• Build trust, respect and open lines of communication
• Improve decision-making and problem solving

Fly to the Moon
2 Days
Same as Launching Pad, plus:

• Develop understanding, collaboration and commitment to workplace mission
• Create purpose statement and guiding principles
• Develop and document an implementation plan
