Pre-Engineering: Mine, Craft, Build using LEGO®

 

 

Bring Minecraft to life using tens of thousands of LEGO®! Build engineer-designed projects such as a motorized Creeper, a portal to the Nether, and a moving Minecart! Create your favorite Minecraft objects with the guidance of an experienced Play-Well instructor. Whether you are new to Minecraft and LEGO or a seasoned veteran, you’ll be hooked on the endless creative possibilities.

Mine, Craft, Build: Adventure Game using LEGO®

Bring Minecraft to life using LEGO! Resourcefulness, creativity, and cooperation come together in this unique building adventure game; roll the dice to mine for resources, and use these resources to build special items to help in our adventures! Build a Zoo, create a Medieval Castle, and design a Tree House Village! This LEGO experience is an original game designed by Play-Well instructors inspired by the popular game, Minecraft. Students will have a blast, even without any prior experience with Minecraft or LEGO.

Construction Vehicles and Machines using LEGO®
 

Dig into engineering with big trucks, construction vehicles and super machines. Explore the engineering terms, concepts, and vocabulary behind large scale building machines. Build and learn about steamrollers, bulldozers, wrecking balls, tower cranes, and more while building with your favorite building system, LEGO®.

Engineering FUNdamentals: Mine, Craft, Build using LEGO®

Bring Minecraft to life using LEGO®! Build a motorized walking Creeper, a terrifying Ghast, and a motorized Minecart! This project-based camp, designed by Play-Well instructors, combines the basic format of our core engineering-themed programs based on the world of Minecraft. Students will explore real-world concepts in physics, engineering, and architecture while building their favorite Minecraft objects. Students will have a blast, even without any prior experience with Minecraft or LEGO.

Bashem’ Bots using LEGO®

Have you ever wanted to learn how to make a massive motorized LEGO machine? Our Play Well Engineering instructors guide students in this advanced Play-Well engineering camp, as they re-engineer standard LEGO vehicles into mechanized machines that can traverse challenging obstacles, battle against fellow bots, and take on Play-Well InstructorsÂ’ colossal creations.

Planned Mission to Mars with LEGO® building Systems

Your child can become a Play-Well TEKnologies Aerospace Engineer! With over 100,000 pieces of LEGO® take on the Engineering challenge of going to Mars!

With the guidance of a Play-Well TEKnologies instructor, campers will build launch systems, orbital transfer vehicles and surface exploration systems. Campers will explore concepts in physics, mechanical and structural engineering, architecture and space travel systems.

Maximum enrollment: 25 children per session.
