Wondering how you’re ever going to finish your holiday shopping without the kids under your feet? We’ve got just the ticket! Parents can hitch up the reindeer and fly on over to the Challenger Space Center and drop the kids off at Santa’s Science Workshop!

Santa’s Science Workshop is for ages 5 to 11, and will be held at the Challenger Space Center on FRIDAY NOVEMBER 29; SATURDAYS NOVEMBER 30, DECEMBER 7, 14, 21; and MONDAY DECEMBER 23. On each day, Session 1 is from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, and Session 2 is from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Each session costs $20 per child. Parents wanting to shop all day may sign up for both sessions, and lunch will be provided for an additional charge of $5.00. Santa’s elves are very busy this time of year, so an additional fee will be charged for any child not picked up on time at the end of their session.

Each session will be divided into groups by age, with ages 5 to 7 in one group, and ages 8 to 11 in another group. Age-appropriate fun and stimulating activities include story hour for the younger kids; space movies; science activities such as creating personalized mission patches; team building challenges; and much more.
