The Challenger Space Center is again offering Holiday Camps designed to fit the needs of kids who enjoy fun and stimulating activities (don’t tell them we also said it’s educational!). Holiday Camps will be held on Thursday, December 26; Friday, December 27; Thursday, January 2; and Friday, January 3. Sessions are offered for 1st through 8th graders. Reservations are required; call 623-322-2001 for availability.

All camps are half-day sessions, and can be combined for a full-day experience. A.M. (morning) sessions are from 9:00 am – 12 noon. P.M. (afternoon) sessions are from 1:00 pm – 4 pm. Each half-day session costs $25. If signing up for a full day, there is a one-hour supervised lunch period available at no extra charge. Students must bring their own lunch. For parents requiring drop-off at 8:00 am, there is a one-hour “Morning Launch” program consisting of space movies, activities, and snacks. “Morning Launch” is available from 8:00 am to 9:00 am for an extra $10 fee. Reservations are required for all camps, and can be made by calling 623-322-2001.
