The purpose of our identity usage guidelines is to promote consistent application of the Challenger Space Center logo and colors in advertising, marketing materials and promotions. This applies to both internal and external customers of the Center.

Logo and Theme

The Challenger Space Center logo represents the mission of the Center itself: To Inspire, Excite and Educate. The colors used reflect a patriotic theme of red, white and blue. The triangular shape moving upwards represents the Challenger Space Shuttle soaring through space. The seven diamonds surrounding it depict the seven lives lost on the Challenger Space Shuttle on January 28, 1986.
