Education Missions
Looking for an exciting, interactive experience that reinforces teamwork, communication skills, and higher level thinking processes? A 2-½ hour simulated space mission in Challenger’s million dollar Mission Control & Spacecraft is the answer to your educational needs!
The Space Place
The Space Place is a program developed for children 3 years of age up to Kindergarten. Reserve space for your Mommy & Me group or your day care students.
Challenger Field Trips
Bring your class to the Challenger Space Center for an out-of-this-world educational field trip! Students can experience the latest exhibits, participate in a space-related activity, and tour the architectural marvel that features the 5-story, 360 degree mural by Robert McCall.
Fiesta Bowl Challenge 2003
Do your students daydream about a “home” in space? Now, your 5th-8th grade students can try their hands at designing the next-generation space station in this Honeywell-sponsored competition.
Educator’s Corner
Educators, check in for great space related information about Challenger Missions, the latest workshops, and more!
