Make your next Teambuilding Adventure more than an exercise – Make it an Experience!

The current pressures on team members to do more with less can lead to burn out. Stress is also a leading cause of blocking innovative ideas, creativity, communication and in general, tapping into the full potential of each team member. What is often needed is a fun, interactive environment that promotes collaboration, problem solving and decision-making.

This type of interactive environment, or what is called “experiential learning”, is a learning-by-doing-process that produces a high level of retention because new insights happen during the act of play.

Race to Space
Communication, Collaboration, Commitment

Race to Space is a half day, 50-150 participant, fun teambuilding program designed to celebrate success, encourage teamwork, risk taking and collaboration. Participants are told they are going to live with each other on the moon over an extended period of time. Through a variety of activities they must determine what their mission is and how they will work effectively together. Along the way insights into each activity are connected to the real world.

This program can easily be customized to meet a variety of needs. Race to Space is also ideal for intact teams or individual sign ups.
