The Scout Challenge!
Where? Challenger Space Center, In Association with the Smithsonian Institution
What? The Scout Challenge! All Scouts are invited to come, learn and enjoy space by exploring Challenger Space Center. Each Scout will receive a self-guided activity packet that teaches independent learning and responsibility along with history and knowledge of space. Upon completion the Scout will receive a Challenger Space Center Scout Patch!
This activity offers Scouts the opportunity to learn facts & fulfill some of the requirements for an Astronomy Pin & Belt Loop!
When? Select either a Family STAR Night or StarLab Planetarium Program:

*Please call 623-322-2001 in advance for this event. Programs begin at 11:30am & 12:30pm. Program is approximately 45 minutes. Please arrive one hour prior to program time.
Cost? $15 per Scout includes the packet and patch. Standard admission and/or event fees apply to parents and siblings. Groups: Reservations required allowing us to copy and prepare materials.
