Does the Challenger have a party invitation available?
Yes. We have a word template with images and a map that you can adjust to your needs, including pasting into an email format.
Can I bring in additional food, drinks or my own cake?
Yes. We know that there are always family favorites that no party would feel complete without. You are welcome to bring in whatever you would like as long as it is non-alcoholic. If you would like us to set up an additional table just let us know.
Can I bring our own decorations?
Yes. We simply ask that if you are bringing in helium balloons that they be anchored to a weight. We have some available in case you forget or you can purchase them at most party or dollar stores. We also ask that if you need to hang something on the walls that you restrict yourself to items that can be held with quick release tape.
What is required to hold the date?
We can hold your date and time for 7 days on a pencil hold, while you make your decision. However we do require a $100 deposit confirm your reservation. This deposit will be refundable up to 30 days before your reservation date. You can always change your date and time without penalty subject to availability.
When do I need to have the party paid for?
The remaining balance is due two weeks before the party date. At this time we will also need to finalize details like: what activities you would like, the catering choices, etc.
